Evergreen Ancestry is a professional genealogy service carrying out family and local history research nationally and specialising in the North of England.
I carry out family history research anywhere in England or Wales back to the 1830s and research back to the 16th century in Yorkshire, Lancashire and Westmorland. I can research any type of local or family history record and specialise in Catholic and non-conformist research.
I take time to understand the needs of a client before undertaking research and all research is thorough, well presented and delivered to a pre-arranged deadline and agreed costs.

Experience
I have several years experience of genealogical and family history research and have also undertaken academic historical research. I have written a number of articles for national and local publications. I previously worked as a librarian and records manager.
I am on the committee of Hebden Bridge Local History Society and a guide for Calderdale Heritage Walks.
