Charges & Terms

NB Consultations at all stages are free

• First contact me by e-mail. We will talk it over: what you want to know, and equally important, what you know already.
• Once I'm sure what you want, I assess the job and get back to you with a plan of action.
• If you agree the plan, you set a budget for the work and I start the research process.
• If the budget is for more than 100 pounds, I will do the work in stages, each paid on completion.
• If I hit a problem, or find something which might change our tactics, I will stop work until we have discussed it.
• I will make regular reports to you any time I get new information.
• When each agreed and budgeted stage is complete, payment for that stage is due.
• If you wish to go further, we agree a further budget. This can continue until either I run into a dead end, or you decide to stop.
