I am an experienced researcher specializing in New York State genealogy. I have access to the New York State Library and Archives containing vital records, local as well as Federal census records, newspaper archives going back over 100 years, city directories and more.
My fees are very reasonable. I charge $10 to search the vital record index for 1-3 years and $20 to search a single name in a decade. When ordered here in Albany, certificates will arrive in about a month compared to waiting over a year in some cases for mail orders.
I will always answer requests the same week and usually complete the research in less than 2 weeks. Initial consultation via e mail is free.
